What InvestYog is

InvestYog is a financial education and research platform operated by DLYog Lab Research Services LLC. It exists so that people can learn how artificial intelligence and quantitative methods are applied to markets — how a signal is built, how it is tested, and, just as importantly, how often it turns out not to work. Everything the platform shows is published for that educational purpose and for no other.

AI-generated output may be wrong

InvestYog uses large language models, machine-learning models, and automated data pipelines to produce summaries, sentiment readings, factor scores, and forecasts. All of it is provided as is. AI output can be confidently incorrect: it can hallucinate facts, misattribute a statement, misread which company a headline is actually about, or carry forward stale or mis-parsed data without flagging any of it.

Treat every number and every sentence on this platform as a starting point for your own verification, never as a finding. Check anything that matters against the primary source before you rely on it.

Data comes from third parties and is not independently verified

Prices, fundamentals, regulatory filings, disclosure records, headlines, and other inputs are obtained from public and third-party sources believed to be reasonable. We do not independently audit them. They may be delayed, revised, incomplete, misclassified, or wrong at the source, and errors in them flow straight through into anything computed from them.

Public disclosure records in particular are historical by construction: statutory filing deadlines mean the transactions they describe generally happened weeks or months before they became public. Anything derived from them describes the past.

We make no representation or warranty, express or implied, as to the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for any purpose of any information on this platform, and we are under no obligation to update or correct it. Everything is subject to change without notice.

Backtests, model output, and track records

Backtested, simulated, and hypothetical results are not real trading. They are produced with hindsight over a chosen period and a chosen universe, and they carry assumptions about costs, liquidity, and execution that real trading may not honour. Past performance — simulated or actual — does not indicate future results.

Model predictions on this platform are experimental and are published together with our own measurements of how well, or how poorly, they have performed. Where a model has not demonstrated an edge, we say so on the page. Read those caveats as part of the output, not as boilerplate around it.

Risk of loss

Investing and trading involve substantial risk. You can lose money, and you can lose all of it. Concentrated positions, leverage, short-term trading, and derivatives such as options carry heightened risk and are not suitable for every investor; options in particular can and frequently do expire worthless, losing the entire amount committed to them.
